The COM3

TX Function Select jumper configures the TX pin on COM3 serial port

connector as RS-422 as an RS-485. The COM3 TX Function Select jumper selection

options are shown in Table 2-9.

Short 2 – 4 RS-422 Default

Short 3 – 5 RS-485

Short 4 – 6 RS-485
